Refund policy

We provide a 30-day return period beginning on the date your order is confirmed as delivered.

To qualify for a return, the following requirements must be met:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, resale-ready condition
• All packaging and protective seals must be fully intact
• A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase must be supplied
• All returns must receive written authorization from our support team before being sent back

Returns that don’t meet these standards may be declined. We may refuse any return that falls outside our quality control guidelines.

Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We cannot reimburse or cover these costs. Shipments sent back without approval will not be accepted.

🛑 Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the item and shipping box. Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for replacement or refund.

We carefully review each case. Please note that minor packaging imperfections caused by transit do not qualify for refunds if the product itself is unaffected.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If the returned item shows use or unreported damage, a partial refund may apply.

🛡️ Extended Warranty

Extended Warranty purchases become non-refundable once your order has shipped. The warranty covers a one-time replacement or repair for manufacturing defects within 12 months of purchase.

Damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear is not included. For warranty inquiries, contact our support team with your order number and relevant photos.
